CDL Agreement for New Hires

Century Traffic is dedicated to helping you progress in your career and would like to assist you in the preparation to attain your Commercial Driver’s License (CDL). We are excited you are seeking to increase your skill level. We will pay for the successful completion of your exams, assist with your pre-trip studying, and driving practice under the following conditions:

Please note that Century Traffic will only reimburse for passing the exam, not attempts that result in failure.

Requirements:

• Remain with Century Traffic for at least 180+ days following the successful completion of all three parts of the CDL driver test.
• Adhere to driving company vehicles with the utmost care and abiding by all traffic laws.

Century Traffic requirements:

• Following the successful completion of your exam and obtaining the license Century Traffic will provide you with a $1.00 per hour raise.
